Tea under Malai Malai chai
On my first sip! felt like basundi, but that’s not the tea , its just a layer of cream depositted on milk boiler with sugar sprinkles. You need atleast 4 sips to reach the tea. Chai Hub fills 20% of tea glass with thick malai with sugar sprinkles.
He grabs the tea glass in his hand and washes it with hot water and adds a spoon of sugar with tinkling sound. And then he pours little milk followed by decoction .
After this he just mixes with spoon and puts up some thick malai on top of tea and again he drips some decoction over the mail. The final touch was sugar sprinkles on top of it, which gives a different feel.

Chai Hub is located opposite to Anna Nagar tower park’s Back entrance. Its a small shop with 5 to 7 seats. Make sure you enjoy malai tea with some butter buiscuits.
