As every other restaurant, they also serve water along appetizers like pickle, onion, mint chutney, jaljeera etc, in a different way. There are quite many dishes spread acroos their menu, compared to veg they have various dishes for non-veg and they are famous for their tandoor, kebas and grills. Moving upon, let’s have a quick look what all I had for my lunch. They have a separate menu for their signature mocktails. They do have their unique way of serving every dishes.

KIWI Mocktail
Perfect smashed kiwi with a punch of salt served chill, Definitely a well goer with all starters.
The drink was so quenching and satisfied ! Have tasted few other mocktails too, but this was best I would suggest.

Tandoori Fire Chicken
Punjabi style,Half chicken marinated in yogurt stuffed with cheese , fresh mint and corinader , seasoned with tandoori spices and kashmiri chilli
Perfectly cooked meat with mint chutney was awesome, the spices were a perfect blend and cooked to perfection with melted cheese and served with mayo.

Tandoori Fish Tikka
Being a fan of tandoori dishes, Here we go with second tandoori that is grilled fish. Inspired from Amristari cuisine.
Fish marinated in special tandoori spices, with bright red kashmiri chilli (one of spiciest) with lemon juice.
NO need to any mayo or mint chutney you can eat this soft fish tikkas as if, it was that good.

Chandni Chowk chat
From streets of old Delhi,
what’s inside: Chickpeas, spiced potato, fresh yogurt layered in jar with secret sweet & spicy chutney.
The only chat in their menu, which was also more subtle.Not to worry, they can serve you mixing it to the finest. And that’s mojito and watermelon juice at the back.

Slow cooked Frontier Raan
The one they are most famous for is from frontier cuisine , It’s basically a baby lamb leg infused with bay leaf, crackles whole spices and malt vinegar. It is just marinated for 12 hrs and slow cooked in tandoor with peswari masalas.
Its has its history from British Raj, from where it originated,And yeah,it was the most spiciest mutton dish ever had. The plating may not look fancy, but once you taste you can definitely feel the difference.

Parda Ghost Biriyani
One among few restruants, who has their unique way of serving biriyani in pots. A boneless lamb biriyani with garam masala , ginger and creamy yogurt.Yes, Biriyani was totally different from other places, Many may like this was of making.
And Did you know?
Pot biriyanis are slow cooked inside tandoor with saffron rice in sealed pot.

Patiala Kulfi
Listen, this is not your normal kulfi, here malai kulfi is served with chill sweetened rose syrup. Which was totally a desi dessert experience. Though they have few dessert options evything was kickass in their menu.

Almond Phirni and Rasamalai
Phirni is just a rice pudding topped with crunched chikki and crumbled jaggery, Defienitely not missing this when I come back here again.
Rasamalai is freshly amde from cottage-cheese and poached in sweetened creamy milk and pistachios

Rasamalai 195/-

To sum up, overall it is a perfect esperinec with friendly staffs clean and well maintained space, which well suits for family dining. Calm and peaceful Amnience to enjoy your food.
